./1km: This folder contains the files and scripts used to process the topography in 1km for the CONUS2.0 model. In addition to the processed DEM and slope calculations this folder also includes all of the other outputs from the topographic processing workflow that describe the DEM and stream network (e.g. drainage area, stream segments, sub basins). 
	  ./1km/Readme: a readme file explaining the contents inside the folder. Additionally, the processing steps describing the whole workflow is included in this readme.
      ./1km/CONUS2_topography.qgs: a QGIS project file to visualize all input and output maps of CONUS2.0.
      ./1km/Final_Processed_Topography: Directory with the final outputs from the topographic processing. Except for the subbasin summary table, all files are gridded files provided in tif, ascii and pfb format. Please refer to ./1km/Readme.docx for detailed descriptions.
      ./1km/Processing_Inputs: Input files used for the DEM processing.  Mask and sink files and border files are also required inputs to this setup. They are included in the Domain inputs folder and are not duplicated here. 
      ./1km/Processing_Scripts: The R scripts used to process topographic dataset and intermediate outputs from the processing that can be used to pick it up at any point and write out additional outputs.
      ./1km/Parkinglot_test: This folder contains many parking lot tests we ran throughout the development of the final topography to evaluate performance. In the interest of space only the final test output and tcl script is included here.  Along with an excel workbook that summarizes all of the test that were run.
